Note: This product is compatible with the AC730 that we sell. It is not intended for AC100.
  • Penetrating Sealer is designed for use with all Jesmonite AC630, AC730 and AC830.
  • The material provides invisible protection against water and oil and provides stain resistance against many liquids and environmental contaminants.
  • We recommend its use where stain resistance is a priority.

We recommend applying two coats, the second coat is applied once the first coat is tacky. This sealer should be applied with a high-quality brush spread evenly across the material surface. Ensure that all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from any grease or oil.

Tip: Do not allow the first coat to dry completely before applying the second coat.

Awesome

I really love jesomite, I wish I could get whosale or discount when buying in big orders , I keep ordering but I see I need more and more !! When I use the black and sand the bottom it seem like gray and not black like the mixture . Maybe I need to use an exact amount of pigment or that I’m doing something wrong but I don’t know . I is really hard not to have bubbles , what can I do to have less bubbles?
I really love it anyways !! The best !!

Hi Jashe!

Please reach out to sales@madmayker.com for details on wholesale accounts if you’re using large quantities.

To help with your questions - you can avoid bubbles in a few ways, first ensure you are using a Jesmonite High Shear mixing blade when mixing so you don’t introduce air into your mix. When pouring, gently tap your molds to encourage settling, or encourage the use of a vibrating plate. You can also brush a coat of Jesmonite on your molds first to avoid bubbles in your outer layers.

When sanding black - you may need to wipe off sanding dust - you can do so with a damp cloth. For a deeper black, you can experiment with adding a little bit more black pigments to get the results you’re looking for!

We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying working with Jesmonite!
