The material is great, shipping is fast. I love ordering from here.
My only issue is the packaging for the liquid; I’ve bought 2 kits of 70kg and 6 out of the 10 boxes of liquid have non working spouts. I always end up having to cut the bag to pour it in a jug.

Thanks so much for the feedback!

If a spout won't pour initially, the following steps will almost always clear it out and get things flowing:

- Flip the box upside down so the spout is pointing up.
- While holding the spout tap flaps open, insert a paperclip or similar into the spout and move it around the outside to loosen any dried material being careful not to damage the rubber stopper. Remove anything that can be seen, and try to clear a pathway into the bag as much as possible.
- Release the spout flaps to allow the spout to close
- Remove the bag from the box.
- With the spout over a container you wish to pour into, open the spout, and squeeze the bag to add some pressure behind the spout (you can squeeze it fairly hard).
- This should start the flow of liquid.

We can also share that to add greater flexibility, we are also adjusting this packaging later this year to add a screw cap in addition to the tap.
