Our pickup location is available on an appointment basis. You will be contacted by email to schedule a pickup window when your order is ready. As our location is a production facility, pickups are limited to one or two 3-hour windows per week. If no appointments fit your schedule when your order is ready, the availabilty for the following week is posted by the Sunday evening. Orders must be picked up witin 30 days of being ready or they will be forfeited.

Orders are usually ready in 2-10 business days unless availability is otherwise stated on the product page. Please see the 'Order Ready Estimate' (if applicable) for any adjustments to this timeline for the particular product you are interested in.
